Anyone can create event edit and delete. The colours RED and GREEN are reverse for District and Fellowship events.
When creating a new event select a date and click and select Edit details fill in the boxes choses a colour other than Red and Green, Give it a Name, Select date, Location and if required add more information in Description. At the bottom firstname.lastname@example.org replace this with add email you want to remind (maybe yourself) Don’t forget to put a tick in the box.
I am hoping this will be useful to everyone in the district. The one thing I would like is everybody to put their AGM date. The Colour for that is PURPLE
As I said this is work ongoing I am trying to find a way that only red and green can not be deleted by anybody
But here is a colour guide.
Red = District / Green = Fellowship / Purple = All AGM / Yellow = Beavers / Dark Green = Cubs / Scouts = Grey / Training / Orange
